Has your student expressed interest in being a baseball or softball player? KCPS Athletics is partnering with Urban Youth Academy to bring an amazing opportunity to students, ages 7 & 8, at Carver, Pitcher, James, Garcia, Banneker, Whittier, Trailwoods, ACCPA, Faxon, and FLA.
Here are some important details:
No cost to our KCPS families! But you must register with the Urban Youth Academy to participate.
Games will be held on Saturdays starting on 9-12-26 through 10-17-26 between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM. (final schedule to come)
Games will be at Urban Youth Academy & Garcia
Teams will be co-ed, ages 7–8 (8U), up to 15 players
Rules, equipment and schedules will be shared once registrations have been received and the season is ready to start.
Parents are encourages to transport their child however, schools may choose to provide transportation
Practices for games will be held at the school your student attends. (Carver, Pitcher, James, Garcia, Banneker, Whittier, Trailwoods, ACCPA, Faxon, and FLA.)
